Need help finding rentals, DJs, signage, or more? We’ve worked with some of the best in the area and can provide a list of vendors we trust and recommend.

Our floral partner, Native Petals, is located onsite. When booked through the venue, you'll receive 10% off your floral package. From simple centerpieces to custom arrangements, they offer a range of design options based on your vision and their availability.

Native Petals Floristry
Native Petals is our in-house florist who specializes in artistic, custom florals for events large and small.
You can keep it simple or work with them to create something totally custom for your event. Either way, they’ll handle everything from design to delivery to setup, so you can skip the back-and-forth with outside vendors.
Native Petals serves as our in-house florist and extends 10% off to events in our spaces.

There’s a parking lot across the street from the Lumberyard, with over one hundred spots, so you can park free of charge. Should our lot be full our friendly neighbors at the skate / dog park have space, as well as street parking.

We know each and every event is different. As such your dedicated events manager will provide you with the information of how early you can arrive to begin setting up. We also understand the importance of being able to wrap your event up without feeling pressured or overwhelmed. As such, they’ll be able to confirm the amount of time needed to clean up before leaving the premises.

We work with a wide network of caterers which are denoted in our preferred vendor list.
We are able to serve alcohol at your event and offer flexible beverage packages ranging from open bar to creating your own special menu. Please note that we do not allow outside alcohol.

Each space within the Lumberyard will be available individually for rent. Currently, the spaces available are the Patio, Train Car and the Courtyard. If you’re looking for a larger takeover please get in touch and our events team will work directly with you to understand your event needs.

Celebrations and gatherings happen every day of the week so we're available to book out seven days a week.

We sure do- our team will work with you leading up to your big day to align on all of the logistics and arrange any third-party vendors you're working with. We know how important your wedding day is and will do everything we can to make it as special as possible.

A member of our team will be in touch to collect a 50% deposit and work with you on ironing out all of the details of your event.

We are a cashless venue and therefore do not have any ATMs on site. We accept all major credit cards and Apple pay on-site. For large-scale events we accept deposits via ACH transfer, credit card or check.
