  • Located right in the heart of downtown Huntsville, our venue is walkable or a quick ride-share from local hotels and easy to access. We offer ample free onsite parking.

  • Our team will work with you to design a layout that fits your event size and flow.

  • Every event includes a staffed bar with a full selection of beer, wine, and spirits. Want something specific? We can help you build a custom drink menu to match your theme or preferences.

  • We partner with a trusted list of local caterers who know the space well and can handle events of all sizes.

  • Need help finding rentals, DJs, signage, or more? We’ve worked with some of the best in the area and can provide a list of vendors we trust and recommend.

  • Our floral partner, Native Petals, is located onsite. When booked through the venue, you'll receive 10% off your floral package. From simple centerpieces to custom arrangements, they offer a range of design options based on your vision and their availability.

  • The Train Car | 36 Seated

    Our 1920s Pullman Train Car is one of the coolest spaces in town for small gatherings, cocktails, or anything offbeat. Indoor, cozy, and totally unexpected.

  • The Patio | 100 Standing, 70 Seated

    The Patio is anchored by our outdoor bar and is the perfect space for a cocktail party or intimate seated dinner. The Patio is located next to the Train Car allowing you to rent both spaces for a unique indoor / outdoor experience. Patio can be heated in the winter and features large fans to cool in the summer.

  • Booth's Alley | 60 Standing

    Booth’s Alley features a collection of games in covered bays with an extended covered area that can be used for seated events. Perfect for lively cocktail events and laid-back gatherings.

  • Black Light Ping Pong Room | 15 Standing

    This unique room features glow in the dark ping-pong tables surrounded by an immersive mural that creates the illusion of plating under a neon-lit sky. Can be rented with or without games.

  • The Courtyard | 150 Standing

    Our largest outdoor space. Great for evening events with food trucks, seated dinner setups, or live music. You’ve got space to move and options to make it your own.

Native Petals Floristry

Native Petals is our in-house florist who specializes in artistic, custom florals for events large and small.

You can keep it simple or work with them to create something totally custom for your event. Either way, they’ll handle everything from design to delivery to setup, so you can skip the back-and-forth with outside vendors.

Native Petals serves as our in-house florist and extends 10% off to events in our spaces.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • There’s a parking lot across the street from the Lumberyard, with over one hundred spots, so you can park free of charge. Should our lot be full our friendly neighbors at the skate / dog park have space, as well as street parking.

  • We know each and every event is different. As such your dedicated events manager will provide you with the information of how early you can arrive to begin setting up. We also understand the importance of being able to wrap your event up without feeling pressured or overwhelmed. As such, they’ll be able to confirm the amount of time needed to clean up before leaving the premises. 

  • We work with a wide network of caterers which are denoted in our preferred vendor list.

    We are able to serve alcohol at your event and offer flexible beverage packages ranging from open bar to creating your own special menu. Please note that we do not allow outside alcohol.

  • Each space within the Lumberyard will be available individually for rent. Currently, the spaces available are the Patio, Train Car and the Courtyard. If you’re looking for a larger takeover please get in touch and our events team will work directly with you to understand your event needs.

  • Celebrations and gatherings happen every day of the week so we're available to book out seven days a week.

  • We sure do- our team will work with you leading up to your big day to align on all of the logistics and arrange any third-party vendors you're working with. We know how important your wedding day is and will do everything we can to make it as special as possible.

  • A member of our team will be in touch to collect a 50% deposit and work with you on ironing out all of the details of your event.

  • We are a cashless venue and therefore do not have any ATMs on site. We accept all major credit cards and Apple pay on-site. For large-scale events we accept deposits via ACH transfer, credit card or check.
